Welcome to Flappy Crow (“the game”, “we”, “us”), a casual arcade game published
for Android under the package com.pocketflap.game. By downloading,
installing, or playing Flappy Crow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do
not agree, please do not use the game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Flappy Crow for your own private entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute the game or its assets except as permitted by applicable law.
Flappy Crow does not require an email or password account. Your progress is tied to an anonymous device session. You are responsible for your device and for any play activity that occurs on it. You can delete your data at any time from Settings → Your data → Delete player data, as described in our Data & Account Deletion page.
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with game files or network traffic, use automated tools or bots, or otherwise interfere with the game, its leaderboards, or the multiplayer Rival Arena. We may reset scores, remove data, or restrict access for behavior that violates these terms or harms other players.
The game includes virtual items such as coins, bird skins, and Flight Pass rewards. These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or removed as the game evolves.
The Android app offers Remove Ads, a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase made through Google Play Billing. The price is shown by Google Play before you confirm. Remove Ads permanently disables between-round interstitial ads for the Google account that bought it; optional rewarded ads stay available only if you choose to watch them. It does not unlock coins, skins, or other gameplay content. You can restore it after a reinstall or on a new device signed in to the same Google account via Settings → Restore purchase. Payments, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Google Play under the Google Play refund policies; if a purchase is refunded or reversed, Remove Ads is deactivated.
Unless you buy Remove Ads, the Android app may show limited between-round ads, and it offers optional rewarded videos for bonus coins. Android ads are delivered through Unity LevelPlay with its partners Unity Ads and AppLovin, and only after you allow ads in the in-app advertising choice (changeable in Settings → Advertising privacy). Rewarded bonuses are granted only for a completed ad view and depend on ad availability, which we do not guarantee. The flappycrow.store website is separate and may show Google AdSense ads. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
Flappy Crow is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated terms.
