Flappy Crow (“the game”, “we”, “us”) is a casual arcade game published for Android
under the package com.pocketflap.game. We built Flappy Crow to be playable
without accounts, sign-ups, or personal information. This policy explains exactly what the
game stores and why.
Our own game server does not receive your advertising ID, contacts, photos, files, or location, and we do not use advertising identifiers to track you ourselves. This is separate from the data collected by the advertising partners described below.
The Android app (com.pocketflap.game, version 1.0.2 and later) uses
Unity LevelPlay mediation by Unity Technologies to show ads, with the integrated ad
networks Unity Ads and AppLovin. The Android app does not use Google AdMob. Ads appear as:
When ads are allowed, the LevelPlay SDK and its partner networks may collect and process, under their own privacy policies:
These partners may use this data to deliver, measure, and frequency-cap ads, to prevent fraud, and, where permitted by law and your choices, to personalize ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device's Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).
On first launch the Android app asks you to Allow ads or Decline before the advertising SDK is started. If you decline, LevelPlay and its partner SDKs are not initialized and no ads are requested. Your choice is passed to LevelPlay as a consent signal (and, when declined, as a "do not sell or share" signal). You can change it at any time in the game under Settings → Advertising privacy. Limitations: withdrawing consent stops new ad requests, and restarting the app is recommended for the change to fully apply; data already collected by partners is governed by their policies and can be requested from them directly. This in-app choice is the game's own consent prompt; it is not an IAB-registered consent management platform.
Partner privacy policies:
The Android app offers a one-time Remove Ads in-app purchase processed by Google Play Billing. Payment details are handled entirely by Google; we never receive your card or payment information. The app checks with Google Play whether you own Remove Ads and stores only that on/off entitlement on your device. If a purchase is refunded or revoked, Google Play reports it and the entitlement is removed. Remove Ads disables between-round interstitials permanently; optional rewarded ads remain available if you choose to watch them.
The browser version of the game at flappycrow.store is separate from the Android app and does not include the Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, or AppLovin SDKs. The website loads the Google AdSense script and may display Google ads; Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, and IP address to serve and measure those ads. Visitors in regions where it is required are shown Google's consent message. See How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Game data is stored on our backend server solely to run the game's features (leaderboards, multiplayer, and progress). We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with service providers required to operate the game: our hosting provider; Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, and AppLovin for ads in the Android app (when allowed); Google Play for purchases; and Google AdSense on the website. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Flappy Crow is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
You can permanently delete all of your player data at any time. In the game, open Settings → Your data → Delete player data. This immediately and permanently removes your profile, progress, multiplayer records, run history, and rewards ledger from our servers. See our Data & Account Deletion page for full details.
If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated policy.
