Data & Account Deletion

Flappy Crow (com.pocketflap.game) does not use email or password accounts. Your progress is tied to an anonymous device session. You are always in full control of that data and can erase it permanently at any time.

Delete your data from inside the game (recommended)

Open Flappy Crow.
Tap the Settings (gear) button.
Under Your data, tap Delete player data.
The game immediately deletes your data and starts a fresh session.

This action is immediate and permanent. It cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Your anonymous player profile (display name, best score, XP, coins, quest progress).
Owned and equipped bird skins, and claimed Flight Pass rewards.
All multiplayer arena membership and flight records associated with you.
Your solo run history.
Your rewards ledger entries.
Your session token is cleared from the device.

In short, every record linked to your anonymous player ID is removed from our servers.

What is not retained

Because Flappy Crow never collects your name, email, phone number, or location, there is no personal contact information to delete or retain. A one-time Remove Ads purchase, if made, is recorded by Google Play under your Google account and is governed by Google Play’s policies; it is not personal data we hold.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer open the app, email [email protected] from your device and we will help you remove your data. Because data is anonymous and tied to your device session, we may ask for information that helps identify the correct record.

Retention

Progress data is kept only while your session remains active. Deleted data is removed immediately. Temporary multiplayer room data expires automatically.
